Whether you’re questioning how this all works or further treatments after getting clear, we wanted to break down what you can expect.
Step 1: Book a New Client Evaluation and Treatment
Through our website link or instagram link, you can select an appointment at the time that works best for you for the “New Client Acne Evaluation and Treatment.”
While you’re waiting for your appointment time, please be collecting screenshots or pictures of the ingredients for every product you use. It is crucial we have the full ingredient decks so we can see everything that is touching your skin! Think face, hair, body, detergent, shower, supplements, etc. We want to see it all to make sure we give you the best shot at clear skin!
Show up to your appointment ready to learn so much information.
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
Step 2: The Evaluation
We are so excited to meet you and get you on the path to clear skin! During our in depth evaluation, we will go over all triggers internal and external that could be triggering your acne. We are very big on education and making sure you leave feeling like you have the tools to make well informed decisions for your skin’s health.
While we do focus on internal (diet) changes, we never want to encourage restrictive eating or drastic diet swings. We believe everyone is different and should be treated as so! We love to focus on the new fun things we add in (swapping dairy for plant based alternatives) instead of fear mongering dairy.
Step 3: The Treatment
After the evaluation, we will go right into the treatment. During this time, we want to get to know your skin. We will sensitivity test you and do an introductory treatment to ensure we recommend the best and most personalized home care routine.
We cannot emphasize enough how important the homecare routine is! If the treatments are about 20% that means 80% falls on the homecare. Ensuring you are being diligent in the morning and evening routines as well as doing the products in the order we instruct and how much product to use is essential.
Step 4: At Home
Do not be discouraged if you do not notice an immediate improvement in your skin. Typically we see a big positive swing around treatments 5 & 6 while certain types of acne are extremely stubborn and can take up to a year to clear. We like to be extremely clear with expectation so as to avoid disappointment and confusion. Purging is a very normal part of this process. Think of it as working out. When you increase a work out, you typically get sore, but thats how you get stronger. Purging, while it understandably is not fun, is just part of the clearing process.

Step 5: Follow Up Treatments
The next few weeks to months regarding follow up treatments and homecare are imperative to your healing process. We will recommend follow up appointments anywhere from every 2-4 weeks while you’re clearing and then spread them further out as you get clear and are in maintenance mode.
We will regularly alter our homecare routine to insure we are getting you the best and quickest results possible.
